1、material selection & mixing
The raw materials are carefully screened to remove impurities and transported to a professional blender.
 
2、molding
Proportioning and mixed materials enter the oversized molding machine.
 
3、vacuum die casting
The vacuum pumping technology is used to make the formed billet accurately master the whole process in the vacuum die casting machine by the computer. The vacuum equipment installed in the ground discharges the atmosphere in the mineral gap to the vacuum, resulting in ore, mineral powder and other additives. The most closely packed between the sheets ensures that each sheet is fine and non-porous.
 
4、heat curing
The plate from the vacuum die casting machine is directly fed into a high temperature equipment of 90-110 ° C for baking and curing, and is cured for 50-120 minutes to maximize the hardness of the plate.
 
5、fixed thickness
The flatness and thickness of the sheet blank are stopped by the thickening equipment, and the mixture is directly placed on the belt conveyor, and only one sheet is formed at a time.
 
6、polishing
After the sheet is formed, it will be rigorously calibrated again by the machine. On the active roller conveyor line, the large board is slowly conveyed, after 36 large and thick large special heads, high-speed moving and front and rear uniform motion, supplemented by a large number of The cooling water and the different abrasives are polished to a special mirror effect.
 
7、quality inspection & security
The plates undergo rigorous machine quality inspections and manual inspections to ensure compliance with strict product quality standards. Standard-compliant plates will be labeled with the product, indicating the model, specifications, batch, date of manufacture, etc., and the anti-counterfeiting bar code will be printed on the back of each plate.
